At Three Cee Caps Pvt. Ltd., our manufacturing strength is built on a robust infrastructure spanning three state-of-the-art production facilities across North India. We operate three advanced printing and coating lines, each capable of delivering up to 11,000 high-quality impressions per day, supported by integrated thermal treatment systems to ensure optimal durability and finish. Our ROPP closure manufacturing capacity is driven by over 20 dedicated production lines, complemented by more than 10 specialized dry offset printing lines. This expansive setup enables us to meet large-scale demand while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency. 

Building upon our expertise in closures, we strategically diversified into PET bottle manufacturing in 2019 with the installation of a PET bottle facility equipped with 3 ASB 50 MB machines. Our PET bottle production capacity has since grown significantly, and we currently operate a sophisticated infrastructure comprising 6 ASB 50 MB machines, 3 ASB 12M machines, and one DPH 70 ASB machine, enabling us to produce over 6 million bottles annually.
